In hindsight what a lovely decision it was to accept a last minute training request to conduct an outbound for Syntel team. Glad to have met such a lively young team who was eager to learn. In modern days of working, a humanistic Approach is a needed where each employee needs recognition, freedom, empowerment, good relationship with in an organization. There parameters are critical to success of an organization. Outbound training workshops are very high energy offside training programs for enhancing individual and team performance. Through outbound management programs skills improvement takes place in the areas of teamwork, team bonding, communication, leadership, time management, problem solving, decision making, motivation, change and personal development. Glad to know that companies like Syntel, their team and managers understood importance of outbound intervention and were so positive to learn something new. HR Muscle worked on two important aspects for this team: a) Communication within the team and b) Pushing individuals and teams to achieve more The intervention was planned in such a way to bring out these challenges with the help of activities and games.
