Very Glad to announce RBI to our client list! HR Muscle was referred to RBI (Reserve Bank of India) by one of our existing clients. Very happy with the progressive experiential learning methodology approach chosen by RBI instead of classroom based session. The session was conducted for group of 35 RBI security officers during their security conference. These security officers are hired from services background into RBI security department. The work culture changes for them when they transition from structured work environment to RBI where they have to deal with a corporate work culture. The Security officers are expected to be more flexible, keeping a growth mindset while dealing with various external agencies, people and situations. How would you a design a session to make people aware of their behavior in a chaotic and uncertain environment? Well, the pictures should speak a thousand words.
