We at HR Muscle always believe that our work should speak for our quality. We are proud to be delivering outcome based Team building sessions for TCS, Cognizant, Persistent, Amdocs and other MNCs year after year. This was our 3rd consecutive year of conducting an outbound for a Cognizant team. They have trusted us every year to give them an experience that would help the team bond and collaborate better. After team building sessions on a beach and at an ‘Aamrai’ previous years, this session was all about outdoor adventure. As an outbound specialist the effort is made to give a unique experience to a team and help them relate their behavior back to work scenario. In an innovative team building sessions with team Cognizant we made them experience: • On road Biking in a team, followed by • Off road mountain biking, • Trail walking, • Experiencing building a bridge with a team and • Graffiti painting a big wall with entire team. While exploring the adventurous side with a clear focus on safety we provided best positive experience for the entire team!
