Raft Building

As the name suggests, the teams are tasked with building a raft with the given supplies. The task gets interesting as a challenge of actually working the raft is thrown at the team. In this specific activity, the employees are challenged to construct a sturdy raft and maneuver it through the waters. This requires them to pull up their socks and think and strategize uniquely to complete the task.

The major goal of this activity is to motivate the teams to work in collaboration during the tough times. This fosters healthy communication and problem-solving skills within the team. Planning, resource management, and working in cohesiveness are the biggest parts of this activity.
