Holey Pipes

Holey Pipes is a fun-filled activity where the employees enjoy team building and learn important values in the outdoor space. The teams are presented with a pipe having holes, with the rest of the equipment like water and ping-pong balls. They need to make sure that the ball is scouted out of the pipe using the help of the water to transport it. The teams compete with each other to keep the balls on the top of the pipe through thinking differently and working together.

The major takeaway from this activity is collaboration and team efforts instilled in the employees. The activity requires participation and good communication amongst the team members. The challenges in the activity, urge the participants to come up with innovative solutions together as a team. This fosters the values of problem–solving and critical thinking.
