Hodi Challenge

As the name suggests, the teams are required to build an old-fashioned ‘Hodi’ with the help of the material provided to them. The teams are provided all the supplies, the blueprint, safety instructions, and the rules and regulations of this challenge. This dynamic team building activity, courses right from the planning and building of the boat to the actual execution of it with one person riding in it to complete the test.

Hodi Challenge focuses on teams to be more effective through better communication, leadership, and collaboration. The major takeaway from this activity is working together and innovating solutions for problem-solving. This fun and interesting activity is a group performance enhancer for sure!
