All Scripts had a small a team of energetic and motivated individuals. The team dynamics was very interesting 1. Combination very experienced and mid-level professionals. 2. They physically work and reside in different geographic regions. 3. Some of them have never even met each other. 4. There is a mix of team members who have joined 5 months ago to a few working for 8+ years. The objective was to bring the team members closer in their day to interaction and make working smoother by breaking the barriers. The team was so eager to learn and so positive that it made my job easier. The training session send on a high note where the objective was achieved and all the team members came out 1. Knowing more about each other personally and professionally. 2. Respecting each other for strengths they brought to the team. 3. Resolving to work more closely.
