Many books have been written on collaboration but the word yet remains as a management jargon which is interpreted as per situation and convenience. We at HR Muscle think collaboration can be very team and culture specific. We helped this team discover what collaboration means to them(of course, in an experiential way) and how effectively can it be used to achieve organizational objectives. The team also got an opportunity to understand and bond with each other outside work, an aspect which is important when team members are working remotely.
