Traffic Jam

As the name suggests, this activity tries and tests your patience and motivates you to find solutions in a novel way! The teams are split in half equally and made to stand facing each other, where each player stands inside a ring and there is a vacant ring in front of both the teams, in the middle space. The goal of the game is to get the players from each side to migrate to the either side by stepping only in the rings. The challenge is enhanced by rules like only one person can occupy one ring.

This challenging activity demands communication within both the teams to come to a conclusion and execute the task given. Having said that, this activity induces the important values of communication, conflict resolution, time management, and stress management. The teams work together in collaboration to derive a specific solution.
